• Access to the Museum requires passing through security screening
• The visit to the Money Museum takes about 75 minutes
• Visitors are advised to arrive 10 minutes prior to a booked visit
• The programme may be changed without prior notice, due to unforeseen circumstances
• Those responsible for and accompanying the group must remain close to the group at all times
• Some activities and courses imply advance booking and a minimum number of participants
• Visitors are asked to set mobile phones or other equipment to silent in the exhibition rooms
• Large backpacks, bags, umbrellas or other objects are not allowed into the Museum (storage lockers are available in the reception)
• Animals (with the exception of guide dogs) are not allowed into the Museum
• Eating and drinking (including bottled water) are not allowed in the Museum, except in the Café
• Flash photography or filming are not allowed. Photographing CCTV cameras and/or staff are also not permitted in the Museum
