National and international experts will take part in this conference, laying the ground for a discussion on issues concerning the coordination and response to large-scale seismic events

Taking advantage of recent experiences and of lessons learned from seismic disasters, several topics will be broached, such as the difficulties faced by the public health system in crisis situations, the weaknesses and strengths of the city's infrastructure, and the social and legal consequences of both action and inaction during emergency management.
National and international experts will take part in this conference, laying the ground for a discussion on issues concerning the coordination and response to large-scale seismic events, the importance of defining public policies that contribute to the safety of the population, and inclusive citizenship, all of which are important for the development of a resilient Lisbon.
