Gatherer, forrager, accumulator, nit-picker, hoarder, encyclopaedist, miser. COLLECTOR! Works of art, antiques, bric-a-brac, rare items, knick-knacks. COLLECTIONS! Do these words mean anything to you?
In this activity, as well as getting to know the Money Museum’s collection, we get to know ourselves and find out why we need to collect. Why do we do it, how do we do it, what do we collect and how do we organise our collections?
With so many ideas, why don’t we put them into a collection? Let’s do it!
