Have a safe and nice visit by following the following rules and recommendations:
> Wearing a mask is mandatory across all museum areas for + 10 years old.
> Wash or sanitise your hands frequently, before and after touching any surface that others might also touch, such as museum interactive devices.
> Practice respiratory hygiene/cough etiquette: avoid coughing or sneezing into your hands, use your forearm or sleeve, or a tissue and clean your hands after contact with respiratory secretions.
> To avoid excessive crowding, we can control the capacity in some rooms and, in this way, queues may form inside and outside the museum. We recommend that you allow more time for your visit.
> We recommend the use of electronic payments in the shop.
> Please respect the orientations provided in signs across the museum or from museum staff.
> The Money Museum has large areas, which allow no concentration of people. Museum assistants ensure that there is no concentration in the rooms beyond the allowed capacity.
> The museum increased the frequency of cleaning and sanitisation in all areas.
> Alcohol-gel dispensers are available throughout the rooms.
> Portable seats are available at the reception.
> Reception desk offers museum information leaflets. Also available at the museum website or with the QR codes available at the reception.
> The museum café is closed.
The Money Museum will make every effort to ensure that visitors' entry takes place in the simplest and fastest way, but asks for your understanding in case of additional waiting times.
These measures are in place until further notice.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
