This tale of a journey narrated through imagery comes from the other side of the world, showing us rituals from a different culture.
The ancient Japanese art of the Kamishibai, the wandering storyteller, is revived by the play A Monda (The Weeding) which presents Momoko, the peach girl who lives in Japan. Momoko wants her grandmother to tell her a story under the great chestnut tree... but there is a lot to do before the winter arrives, you have to work to earn money and stories take time to tell!
