PANGEIA is a show for a young audience, bringing onstage various languages and reviving the idea of the Cabinets of Curiosities.
PANGEIA is a journey for the eyes and ears through the universe of the Brothers Grimm in which the stage is transformed into a laboratory of curious objects, by means of sounds heard through headphones. The objects conjure up fairy-tale worlds, such as the forest full of dangers, the black magic of the crystal ball or the wicked witch's spells. On this journey, accompanied by two investigators, we see it from the viewpoint of the exhibits illustrating the fairy-tales.
PANGEIA is a show for a young audience, bringing onstage various languages and reviving the idea of the Cabinets of Curiosities of the 16th Century, which brought together rare objects and biological artefacts, thereby becoming forerunners of art museums. The collection presented here includes 200 objects, to analyse each fairy-tale.
